Sales Disclosure Archival & Retrieval Service

The SDARS Database Program permits quick and easy electronic storage of and access to data contained in the Sales Disclosure form 46021 and accompanying information. It is an integral component of Appraisal Research's Sales Disclosure Archival and Retrieval Service. The program allows for easy data entry, editing, searching, printing and exporting of sales disclosure information.

Data Entry - Allows for the creation of electronic records containing Sales Disclosure information using screens that closely resemble the familiar Form 46021.

Editing - The program provides easy methods to add, delete or change all fields and records within the database.

Searching - Finding any and all records that contain specific information is easy using powerful search techniques. Use any field as a key to quickly find records that match user supplied data.

Printing - Print a record as a completed form 46021 with one button.

Exporting - Exporting records to ARC for off-site archival storage is an important element in the total SDARS service.
